SEKA is free to play. The store at seka21.com/play sells optional cosmetic items. Payments are taken by Qartvelo Company, the company that operates SEKA, through Stripe. By buying an item you agree to these terms.
What you buy
Card backs, portrait frames, badges and bundles of them. They change how the game looks for you and how other players see you. They give no advantage in play and never change the cards, the odds or the rules.
An item is a licence to use it in SEKA with your account. It has no money value and cannot be cashed out, sold, transferred to another player or exchanged for coins.
Coins are virtual and free. They have no money value and cannot be cashed out or sent to other players. Coins are not for sale.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. The payment page may also offer your local currency; your bank may add its own currency conversion fees.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Delivery
Items are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. You find them in the store, ready to equip. If an item has not arrived within an hour, write to us at [email protected].
Refunds and right of withdrawal
Items are digital and delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and accept that, once the item has been delivered, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer law no longer applies.
We refund a purchase if the item was not delivered, if you were charged twice, or if a technical fault on our side prevented you from using it. Write to us within 14 days of the purchase.
When a payment is refunded or disputed with your bank, the item is removed from your account and new purchases are paused while we review the case.
Your account
Items stay with your account while SEKA runs. If we ever close SEKA, we will announce it in advance in the game.
If an account is suspended for cheating or abuse, its items are lost without a refund.
Age
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy items.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Purchases already made keep the terms that applied when you bought them.
